Jackson Library Book Sale Saturday, May 27 th and Sunday, May 28 th

JACKSON – The Friends of the Jackson Public Library’s Annual Book Sale will
take place on Saturday, May 27 th , and Sunday, May 28 th , from 9 am – 3 pm at the
Whitney Community Center at 16 Black Mountain Road in Jackson.
There are over 5,000 fiction, non-fiction and children’s books, as well as CDs,
DVDs and puzzles. Everything is priced at approximately 10% of list, so for $20
you will get over a $200+ value. There will be a Bargain Books area with more
great deals!
Since last summer, the Jackson Library Book Sale Committee has been collecting,
sorting, categorizing, and preparing books for the Book Sale. There are plenty of
fiction books, but also gardening, history/politics, memoirs, cooking, collectibles
and much more.
On Sunday from 1 – 3 pm you can purchase what books, puzzles and media remain
for $10 a bag.
The Jackson Library Book Sale proceeds are used to purchase library books, as
well as supporting children and adult programming.
Don’t miss this chance to get your summer reading books and that gem you have
been in search of for years!
